The quality and 
level of enthusiasm of our teachers is very important
to us. Because of this, we only accept teachers who
have acceptable qualifications (All Chinese teachers
have national teaching certificates and associate
college diplomas, English is taught by qualified native
English speakers), but also we seek out teachers with
good attitudes and a genuine love of teaching.
We also ensure that our teachers are continually learning
by holding various workshops and seminars in the school,
hold trainings at our Hong Kong schools, and even
send teachers to seminars in other countries. After
all the hard work, we make sure to thank our teachers
with plenty of outings and trips to keep up the great
teamwork that makes our Victoria family special.
